Real estate developer unveils new downtown headquarters

Indianapolis, Indiana – Tuesday afternoon, Milhaus, a real estate developer, cut the ribbon on the opening of its new headquarters in the heart of Indianapolis.
According to city officials, the company’s commitment to the city and to urban development nationwide is strengthened by the 48,000-square-foot structure, which is situated along East Washington Street.
The new offices, according to Mayor Joe Hogsett, also demonstrate the company’s expansion and ongoing economic effect on downtown Indianapolis.
“This headquarters comes at an especially promising time. Over the last several years, our city has placed a great significance, perhaps as great as it has ever been, on residential development downtown,” Hogsett said.
Additionally, Milhaus is a component of a $70 million project to expand the number of units in the Broad Ripple neighborhood.
