Indianapolis, Indiana – The Indianapolis Colts confirmed Sunday morning that quarterback Anthony Richardson will not be participating in Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Colts declared that Richardson was out of commission because of an oblique injury he sustained recently in a post on X (previously Twitter). According to earlier reports, his classification was reduced from “questionable” to “doubtful.”

Richardson’s replacement will be backup quarterback Joe Flacco.

The following inactive players will join Richardson, according to the Colts:

• Anthony Gould (wide receiver)
• Kenny Moore II (cornerback)
• Jonathan Taylor (runningback)
• Kwity Paye (defensive end)
• Blake Freeland (tackle)
• Ryan Kelly (center)
