Second Indiana woman so far pleads guilty for her involvement in the Capitol riot that took place on January 6.
According to the court reports, Dona Sue Bissey of Bloomfield pleaded guilty to one charge of parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building.
Bissey was arrested together with another woman named Anna Morgan-Lloyd. She was the very first person sentenced in the Capitol events.
The prosecutors in the Bissey case recommended a sentence of probation, 40 hours of community service and $500 fine. This is much lower compared to the maximum sentence for this charge which is six months in prison and $5,000 fine.
