Six new restaurant concepts welcomed to Fishers Test Kitchen

Fishers, Indiana – This month, The Yard at Fishers District’s Fishers Test Kitchen, a restaurant accelerator housed inside the Sun King Brewing facility, is launching six new businesses. A variety of culinary ideas, including brats, sandwiches, pan-Asian, Sunday supper, and Sandwich Cat, will be rotated around the showcase pod by Wurst-n-Wiener, The OG, Deja Vu Kitchen, and Li Pu. The following is the schedule:
• Wednesday Dinner: Wurst-n-Wiener
• Thursday Lunch & Dinner: The OG Beef Sandwich
• Friday Lunch: Sandwich Cat
• Friday Dinner: Chick Magnet
• Saturday Lunch: Sandwich Cat
• Saturday Dinner: Chick Magnet
• Sunday Dinner: Deja Vu Kitchen
Chefs can explore their culinary concepts in fully functional kitchen and prep areas at the Fishers Test Kitchen. Short-term leases, typically lasting one to two years, enable chefs to experiment and build a following.
These chefs want to open their own eateries in Fishers in the future. Chefs contribute a portion of their sales toward rent, utilities, maintenance, and other costs. The rent is set up as a revenue sharing.
The Accelerator Building is home to The Signature Table, a culinary performance venue that can seat up to 15 people, in addition to the food stands. Here, chefs will showcase their skills up close through a range of organized, ticketed culinary events, such as dinners, tastings, demos, and courses. The Signature Table can be reserved by the general public for private gatherings.
Intimate pop-up dinners showcasing local chefs inside Fishers Test Kitchen’s The Tasting Room are offered for individuals seeking unique dining experiences. The following event, which will include Andy’s Housepitality, is set for October 14.
