The state’s top hospital for kids is Riley Hospital for Children

Indianapolis, Indiana – According to United States News and World Report, Riley Hospital for Children is the best children’s hospital in the state.
Riley also achieved top rankings across the board for pediatric specialties, including the following:
• Cancer
• Cardiology and Heart Surgery
• Diabetes and Endocrinology
• Gastroenterology and GI Surgery
• Neonatal Care
• Nephrology
• Neurology and Neurosurgery
• Orthopedics
• Pulmonology and Lung Surgery
• Urology
Riley had a celebration Friday in the balloon-filled atrium of the maternity tower to commemorate the accomplishment. Freddy, the mascot of the Indiana Fever, the Colts cheerleaders, and Riley patient Zane Hendrickson were among the attendees. He also delivered the keynote presentation.
In January 2021, Riley medical professionals saved the life of Hendrickson from Boonville. In his address, he complimented the Riley staff for their compassion toward each child who visits Riley in need of care during a difficult time.
