Indianapolis, Indiana – Three persons were hurt in a gunshot on the west side of Indianapolis on Monday morning, and the incident is being looked into by the police.
Just after 11 a.m., members of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a complaint of gunfire near the 3500 Moller Road area. That’s in the neighborhood to the south of 38th Street. When the police arrived, they found two shooting victims.
A mile or so west of Moller Road, in the 6400 block of Lupine Terrace, there was a report of gunfire, to which police also responded. A third person with a graze wound was found by the officers.
Although it hasn’t been verified, officers think the two occurrences are connected.
No other details were given right away.
