Unclaimed prize from winning Cash4Life ticket purchased in April
Indianapolis, Indiana – There isn’t much time left for one Hoosier to redeem their winning Cash4Life ticket.
Winners of the Cash4Life grand prize are entitled to $1,000 per week for the rest of their lives. A winning ticket that was sold in April is still unclaimed.
Officials from the Hoosier Lottery said in a news statement on Monday that the winner of a drawing scheduled for April 4, 2022 now has only 15 days to collect their reward. The ticket must be collected by October 2 at 4:30 p.m.
The winning ticket was bought at an Anderson Village Pantry at 1000 W Cross St. The Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment Office, located at 1302 N Meridian St. in Indianapolis, is where the winning ticket can be picked up.
The winning numbers in the Cash4Life drawing on April 4 were 6-10-27-29-43, with a Cash Ball of 4. The Hoosier Lottery Mobile App, which is free, allows players to check their tickets.
Officials from the Hoosier Lottery advise the Cash4Life winner for April to make sure their ticket is stored safely, think about meeting with a financial advisor, and call 1-800-955-6886 for precise claim procedures.
