Shelby County principal’s TikTok Elf on the Shelf video goes viral
Indianapolis, Indiana – This Shelby County principal is popular online.
Southwestern Elementary School teacher Beth Hoeing’s Elf on the Shelf impersonations has gained widespread attention. If you’ve never heard of it, it’s based on a story in which Santa’s elves visit kids to determine if they are nice or naughty.
Looks like Mrs. Hoeing was recruited to fill in.
From having her face copied on the copier to having pasted to the wall. On TikTok, her video has received over 900,000 likes so far.
“It’s been very humbling its been something we’ve been very excited about,” said Principal Hoeing. “We’ve been enjoying it the kids are absolutely loving it. The community is loving it. And it’s bringing the spotlight to a small area to a rural area that it’s nice to kind of bring the excitement here we don’t normally get.”
Hoeing has only served as a principal for one year. According to what we’ve been told, she may soon release another video of her holiday fun.
