Throughout the museum, guests can participate in entertaining activities and interact with characters clad in unique costumes throughout the night. Expect loads of sweets, dancing, and a costume contest as well.

All twelve locations in the state—three in central Indiana—the Indiana State Museum, T.C. Steele, and the Levi and Catharine Coffin Home—will provide enjoyable, family-friendly programming.

In a news release, museum officials at T.C. Steele and Levi and Catharine Coffin state historic sites said, “Visitors can take in the colorful fall foliage and enjoy haunted happenings, including a cemetery tour and a night of spine-tingling ghost stories.”

The majority of the Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites’ scary season programs require advance registration.
