Tickets for the NASA-sponsored Total Solar Eclipse at Indianapolis Motor Speedway are now available

Indianapolis, Indiana – The NASA-hosted, once-in-a-lifetime Total Solar Eclipse experience at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway is now accepting reservations for tickets.
For $15 per person, general admission tickets will grant you access to the gate, infield parking, and a pair of limited-edition solar eclipse glasses that we kindly call “The Greatest Spectacles.”
This will be the first Total Solar Eclipse that Indianapolis has been able to witness in 819 years. On April 8, the event will happen shortly after 3 p.m. It’s a brief event that lasts for a little 3 minutes and 46 seconds.
“The Total Solar Eclipse is a unique opportunity to explore the connections between motorsports and space, and there’s no better place to celebrate both than the Indianapolis Motor Speedway,” IMS President J. Douglas Boles said.
Under-18s enter free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult. There will be glasses for the kids as well.
