Wendy’s launches Indiana-exclusive item, the ‘Hoosier Biscuit Bowl’
Indiana – The well-known fast-food giant Wendy’s has revealed a new menu item that is only available to Indiana residents.
The new breakfast offering, appropriately dubbed the Hoosier Biscuit Bowl, will only be offered at participating Indiana locations.
“Whether on the court or at the breakfast table, a Hoosier is always a winner thanks to Wendy’s new Hoosier Biscuit Bowl,” a release for the item reads.
A “full” dish from the menu has buttered biscuits, homestyle potatoes with seasoning, sausage and gravy, a fried egg, and shredded cheddar cheese.
“We believe Wendy’s always delivers a better breakfast than the other guys, and the Hoosier Biscuit Bowl is no exception,” the restaurant said. “From its fresh-cracked egg to its creamy sausage and gravy, there’s no fouls when it comes to this premium meal.”
Last week, Wendy’s invited former Indiana University basketball player Christian Watford to celebrate the product’s debut by giving away free Hoosier Biscuit Bowls to lucky patrons at their Morris Street location in Indianapolis.
According to Wendy’s, the meal is exclusively accessible during breakfast hours at participating Indiana locations.
