West Side Food Pantry urgently needs volunteers
Indianapolis, Indiana – According to The Lord’s Pantry at Anna’s House in Stringtown, there is a dire need for volunteers.
With the exception of August 19, no one signed up to volunteer at the pantry from Saturday through the end of August, according to a press statement from an Anna’s House representative.
Volunteers are essential to the pantry’s purpose since 200 local families depend on the pantry’s grocery distribution to put food on their tables.
At the intersection of West New York Street and North Elder Avenue, you may find Anna’s House.
Every Saturday from now through August 26 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, volunteers are required. Visit Anna’s House’s website for additional details on volunteering there.
