Authorities looking into a fire that caused three adults to relocate
Indianapolis, Indiana – Three individuals and two dogs were forced to flee their home on the near west side of the city early on Sunday morning, and the Indianapolis Fire Department is currently looking into the incident.
Just before 12:30 a.m., according to fire authorities, they were called to the 700 block of King Avenue, close to West Michigan Street. According to first responders, the fire started on the back side of the house, requiring three individuals and two dogs to escape swiftly.
According to fire officials, none of the dogs or people were harmed, but several cats are still missing.
According to IFD, the heat from the fire also damaged houses on either side of the structure.
An inquiry is underway to find the fire’s cause.
