IU Health Bloomington Hospital Sets Up Outdoor Screening Site
(BLOOMINGTON) – Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital has set up an outdoor screening and testing site in preparation for accepting more COVID-19 patients.
The yellow tent surrounded by yellow caution tape was erected just outside the hospital doors.
Hospital Director of Emergency Services Katy Howe says this was done to protect patients and health team members.
“This will expedite our screening and potential testing of patients presenting to IU Health Bloomington Hospital Emergency Department,’ she added.
IU has created a free virtual screening clinic application residents can use at home.
