Bloomington, Indiana – Former VP Mike Pence tweeted that he is about to attend the Indy500 this Sunday.
Pence wrote on Twitter that he will attend the race together with his wife Karen. The hosts expect more than 135,000 people to attend the event.
“Looking forward to being at the Greatest Spectacle in Racing,” the former Indiana governor tweeted.
Pence earlier this week confirmed that he is moving to Indiana, just north of Indianapolis.
Former VP has attended the event more than 30 times so far.
